What’s the Minimum Order for Wholesale Eggs?

At East Coast Egg Farmers, our minimum order is two cases. That’s it. You don’t need to fill a pallet or commit to a monthly volume. Two cases, and we’ll bring them to your door.

Why We Keep the Minimum Low

We built this business on serving independents. The bodega on the corner. The breakfast spot with twelve seats. The bakery that goes through three cases a week. These are the customers who made ECEF what it is, and we have no interest in pricing them out or making them feel too small to matter.

A lot of wholesale distributors set high minimums because small orders are harder to manage. We figured out the logistics a long time ago. Our routes are built to serve accounts of all sizes efficiently, so a two-case stop makes sense for us and for you.

What’s in a Case

It depends on the format. A standard case of large eggs is 15 dozen (180 eggs). Some formats come in 30-dozen cases (360 eggs). We carry a full range of sizes and egg types, so just tell us what you need and we’ll let you know the case count.

How to Place an Order

Call us at (201) 609-9986. You can also email or text. There’s no paperwork, no long-term contract, no setup fee. Tell us what you need, where you are, and when you want it. We deliver six days a week across New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut. Most orders placed by the afternoon arrive the next morning.

If you’ve been buying eggs from the grocery store because you thought your operation was too small for wholesale, give us a call. You’ll get better eggs at a better price, delivered on a schedule that works for you.
