Ordering & Delivery

What's the minimum order?

Two cases. That's it. We built our business around serving independent delis, bodegas, and restaurants — not just big accounts — so we kept the minimum realistic.

How soon can you deliver?

Next-day delivery across the entire tri-state, six days a week. Order today, get it before your kitchen opens tomorrow.

Do you deliver on weekends?

Yes. We run six-day-a-week delivery because restaurants and grocery stores don't close on weekends — and neither do we.

Where do you deliver?

All of New Jersey, all five boroughs of NYC, and southwestern Connecticut (Fairfield County). If you're not sure whether we cover your area, just call us.

How do I place an order?

Pricing

Why don't you list prices on your website?

Because wholesale egg prices change daily with the market. Any price we published would be wrong within 24 hours. Call or email us and we'll send you a current quote same-day. Learn more on our egg prices page at /egg-prices.

How does your pricing compare to competitors?

We're competitive with other quality distributors. If you're comparing us to a cash-and-carry or a bulk club store, we'll probably be more expensive — and we'll also deliver, carry cage-free, and pick up the phone when you call.

Do you offer contract pricing?

For high-volume customers, yes. Call us to discuss.

What sizes of eggs do you carry?

Every size: Jumbo, X-Large, Large, Medium, Small. In white and brown. In 12-pack, 18-pack, and loose case formats.

Do you carry cage-free eggs?

Yes — in every major size, brown and white, and we're fully compliant with NJ and NY cage-free laws.

Do you carry organic eggs?

Yes, USDA Organic certified.

Do you carry specialty eggs?

Yes. Pasture-raised brown, vegetarian-fed, blue heirloom, quail, and duck.

Do you sell anything besides eggs?

Yes. Premium butter, cooking oils (soybean, canola, corn, premium creamy, clear liquid shortening), and King Arthur bakery flours (Sir Lancelot high-gluten and Sir Galahad unbleached).
